This opens up that person’s profile card where you can see their Telegram username and other info about them, including their online status and if they have shared a photo with you before (their profile picture will be upside down when this happens). Tap anywhere on this screen again to bring up a list that shows all available actions for this person: start/stop sharing your current location; view past locations; share photos and videos; mute notifications from them temporarily or indefinitely, and block them completely from contacting you through Telegram Messenger any more…
